Please contact DINS SWIMWEAR within 3 calendar days of receiving your package to submit a claim. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs and an unedited parcel opening video that shows the shipping label, parcel condition and all contents.
Claims without a complete package opening video may not be eligible for review.
After verification, DINS SWIMWEAR may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or store credit where appropriate. The final resolution depends on the verified issue and the condition of the item.
DINS SWIMWEAR ships through selected courier partners for domestic and international deliveries.
