This policy explains how DINS SWIMWEAR reviews return, exchange and product claim requests.
Orders become final once they have been confirmed and processing or production has begun. Please review all product details, sizing and order information carefully before checkout.
A return, exchange or refund request may be reviewed when the received item differs from the confirmed order in style, size, color or quantity, or when a verified manufacturing issue is present.
Requests based on a change of mind, incorrect measurements, personal fit preference, color preference, fabric feel or design preference are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Delivery delays caused by customs, courier services, import procedures or local regulations are also outside the scope of this policy.
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, finishing, print placement or handmade details may occur during production. Variations caused by screen settings, lighting conditions or photography are not considered product defects.
Please notify DINS SWIMWEAR within 3 calendar days from the date your package is received. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted for review.
To review a claim, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, detailed photographs and an unedited video of the package opening process. The video should show the shipping label, package condition and all contents inside.
A continuous package opening video is required for product claims. This helps DINS SWIMWEAR verify the condition of the parcel and item at the time of delivery.
After review and approval, DINS SWIMWEAR may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or store credit where appropriate. The final resolution will depend on the verified condition of the item and the nature of the issue.
All requests are subject to review by DINS SWIMWEAR. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
