\r\n To review a claim, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, detailed photographs and an unedited video of the package opening process. The video should show the shipping label, package condition and all contents inside.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Package Opening Video<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n A continuous package opening video is required for product claims. This helps DINS SWIMWEAR verify the condition of the parcel and item at the time of delivery.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Resolution<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n After review and approval, DINS SWIMWEAR may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or store credit where appropriate. The final resolution will depend on the verified condition of the item and the nature of the issue.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n
