We offer FREE express international shipping on orders over $150 USD. For orders below $150 USD, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and order size, with the exact cost displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes undeliverable, refused, missing, or stolen packages. If you return an item for store credit, only the product price will be refunded
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Some remote areas may require additional fees
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly using the tracking number provided
How do I track my order?
Simply click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit the DHL website and enter your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates after you receive the email

Our express international shipping via DHL typically takes 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

I need a different shipping address from the billing address.
No problem! After completing your order, just send us a message with the correct shipping address. We can update it as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, all international shipments require a signature upon delivery unless you opt-out by contacting DHL directly
My tracking says the package is delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If the tracking shows delivered but you didn’t get your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Sometimes deliveries are left in a safe place
What happens if my package is returned?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or customs issues, DHL will notify you. We’re not responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package is rerouted or returned
Who pays for customs duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not covered by Dins.Swimwear
Why is shipping so expensive?
We ship directly from Vietnam, so international shipping costs can be higher due to distance. We’re always working to find ways to reduce these fees, while ensuring fast and reliable delivery
