What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free for US customers, but international returns are at your cost

– Not be on FINAL SALE or purchased with a discount of 25% or more.
– Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Do you offer free returns?
Free returns are available for Vietnam customers. For international orders, return shipping is at your expense. Returns are refunded as store credit only
How do I return my order?
- Visit our Returns Center on our website
- Select the item(s) and provide a return reason.
- Follow the instructions to print a return label and ship the item back
Do you offer cash refunds?
We only offer store credit for returns. This will be issued in the form of an e-gift card
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return items for store credit and repurchase the correct size.
How long do I have to return my items?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After that, returns will not be accepted
I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Which items are FINAL SALE?
Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page cannot be returned. This includes swimwear with removed hygiene tags and sale items with a discount of 10% or more
Do you offer refunds if my package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We cannot offer refunds for packages marked as delivered. In some cases, we may offer a reshipment for a fee or provide store credit.
